// The ITER, explained
"One form where every feedback point lives."

The In-Training Evaluation Report is a collection of everything you've heard about a resident — from daily evals, mentors, assessments, and attendance — pulled into one document you can act on, share, and revisit.

// How to think about it

An evaluator tool aid, not a decision maker.

MediHub reads data you already own, aggregates it by educational domain, and lays it out clearly. Every ITER and every pre-filled form goes through your review before it counts. Think of it as a very polite spreadsheet formula — you stay in the driver's seat.

// How it works

Gather. Aggregate. Act. The whole workflow in three moves.

01

Gather your feedback points

Pull in daily evaluations, assessments, mentor comments, and attendance from the sources you already use. No re-entry, no copy-paste.

02

Aggregate into one dashboard

Every data point is sorted, scored, and mapped to the key educational domains that matter — giving each resident a single clear view instead of scattered notes.

03

Act, share, and track progress

Iterate on what to work on, build next-step plans with mentors, pre-fill the ITER form, and keep a record of every shared feedback point — so nothing gets lost between months.

// Frequently asked

Questions worth answering.

Is resident data stored anywhere? +
No. Resident evaluations and assessments stay in the source you already own — a Google Sheet, a spreadsheet, or a PDF. The dashboard loads them into your browser while you work, then lets them go. Only your own account profile and personal settings are saved.
Is this affiliated with any hospital or training authority? +
No. This is an independent tool built by a practicing Program Director. It is not affiliated with any hospital, training authority, or regulatory body.
Does the auto-fill submit the ITER for me? +
Never. Auto-fill only places values in the fields. The Program Director reviews the populated form and clicks Submit. The tool is an evaluator aid, not the evaluator itself.
Can calculated scores be overridden? +
Yes. The ITER Summary has a "Final Score" column per criterion so clinical judgment always takes precedence over the calculated average. Overrides flow through to auto-fill, PDF filler, and exports.
Does it work across specialties? +
Yes. The toolkit is specialty-agnostic and ships with a library of ITER templates. If a program uses a different form, duplicate a template and edit the criteria to match.
What about the Schedule Planner? +
A block-based resident scheduler with senior coverage rules, weekend caps, and academic-day constraints. Currently in private use and will open after the Evaluation Dashboard beta.
Who is responsible for the final evaluation? +
The Program Director. This is an evaluator tool aid — the equivalent of a spreadsheet formula. Every score, comment, and submission is reviewed, accepted, and owned by the user.
How do I request access? +
Email hello@paracode.ai with your program name and role. Access is approved individually during private beta.
